Field Service & Installation Technician – Beverage Equipment     Job Type:  Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Day Shift | 40 hours/week
Compensation Range:  Starting at $21.00/hour to $23.00 (depending on experience)
Overtime:  Available, particularly during the summer months
About the Opportunity    We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Field Service & Installation Technician to join our client's team in the beverage industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic mechanical and electrical skills who enjoys working with equipment, interacting with customers, and being active throughout the day.  No previous technician experience is required —  training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering equipment and supplies to customers, installing and servicing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities      Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
Operate a company delivery vehicle and complete customer deliveries and service calls
Deliver equipment, parts, and supplies on time
Install equipment and verify proper operation
Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment servicing
Troubleshoot equipment issues, diagnose faults, and identify defective parts
Repair and maintain equipment as required
Determine appropriate solutions and conditions for equipment reconditioning
Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs
Communicate technical information and service requirements to the appropriate department
Manage parts and supply inventory
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Follow all company health, safety, and operating procedures
Qualifications      Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge or hands-on experience
Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Comfortable working with tools and equipment
Previous technician experience is an asset, but not required
