Job Description
Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un technicien en électronique pour notre client.
Responsibilities / Responsabilités:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with the approved maintenance plans;
Calibrate all test equipment on a regular basis as per approved calibration plan;
Restore systems by replacing faulty modules or components and repair faulty modules on-site when feasible;
Make necessary arrangements to repair modules at the Supplier’s plant or at in-house repair facility or sub-contracted when repair is not possible on site;
Record all maintenance and repair activities in the MIS (Maintenance Information System);
Maintain records showing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including test results;
Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Supervisor;
Perform annual inventory checks of electronic security systems, their major components and major spare parts;
Inspect and test items returning from repair facilities to ensure proper operation and that they meet all relevant quality parameters;
Maintain a clean working area;
Comply with all local safety and security codes and regulations as per safety plans at the institution;
Provide telephone support to other Technicians within and between Workstreams, as required;
Must be available for on-call services after regular hours as per the on-call schedule;
Proactively research and stay up to date with newly installed systems to be able to maintain the equipment effectively;
Complete the On Job Training (OJT) within twelve months of start date.
Réaliser les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective selon les plans approuvés;
Étalonner régulièrement tout l’équipement d’essai selon le plan d’étalonnage approuvé;
Restaurer les systèmes en remplaçant les éléments ou modules défectueux et réparer les modules sur place lorsque cela est faisable;
Organiser les réparations dans l’usine du fournisseur, dans l’installation de réparation interne ou par sous-traitance lorsque la réparation sur place n’est pas possible;
Enregistrer toutes les activités d’entretien et de réparation dans le SIE;
Conserver les dossiers de maintenance préventive et corrective, y compris les résultats des essais;
Rédiger des rapports et les présenter au superviseur régional;
Effectuer l’inventaire annuel des systèmes de sécurité électroniques et de leurs composants majeurs et pièces de rechange;
Inspecter et tester les articles retournés des réparations pour s’assurer de leur bon fonctionnement et de la conformité à tous les critères de qualité;
Maintenir une zone de travail propre;
Se conformer à tous les codes et règlements de sécurité locaux;
Fournir un support téléphonique aux autres techniciens et entre les volets de travail;
Être disponible pour des services sur appel après les heures normales selon l’horaire;
Effectuer une recherche proactive sur les systèmes nouvellement installés pour les entretenir efficacement;
Compléter la formation en cours d’emploi (FCE) dans les douze mois suivant la date de début.
