You will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and will be responsible for conducting thorough fire alarm inspections, risk assessments, and proposing solutions for fire prevention. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance safety measures while providing support for evacuation procedures and training. This position offers growth opportunities across multiple roles within BGIS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform facility inspections for fire safety compliance
• Inspect components of fire alarm systems
• Investigate fire alarm triggers and provide solutions
• Communicate clear recommendations to building occupants
• Assist with the coordination of evacuation plans
Requirements:
• CFAA certification required
• College diploma in Fire Protection or equivalent preferred
• Strong ability to convey technical information
• Experience in a commercial fire safety context
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
