The technician will have at least three years of experience in the fire/life safety field, perform installations, inspections, and repairs, and handle emergency service calls as needed. Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms are essential to effectively prepare reports and liaise with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on alarm systems
• Conduct annual system verifications and maintenance works
• Manage service requests during normal and after-hour conditions
• Compile detailed inspection and service documentation
• Present a professional demeanor representing the company
Requirements:
• CFAA registration required
• Minimum of three years in the relevant industry
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Availability for after-hours service
• Familiarity with security systems an added advantage
