Nous recherchons un Technicien Mécanicien pour superviser la mécanique du bâtiment en assurant l'entretien et les interventions nécessaires. Vous collaborerez avec une équipe diversifiée pour répondre aux besoins de confort des occupants, tout en participant à des initiatives d'efficacité énergétique. La maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de bâtiment est indispensable à ce poste.
Responsabilités clés:
• Vérifier et maintenir les installations électromécaniques
• Effectuer des tournées et répertorier les actions
• Rédiger un logbook quotidien des activités
• Effectuer des ajustements sur les systèmes CVC
• Intervenir sur les problèmes de fonctionnement HVAC
Exigences:
• Licence de mécanique 4B ou supérieure
• Min. 2 ans d'expérience pertinente
• Compétence en logiciels de contrôle de bâtiment
• Bilingue en français
• Fiable et autonome dans le travail
