TARCG is hiring an Avionics Technician in Montreal to support a leading aerospace organization. This full-time position is well-suited for candidates skilled in avionics maintenance and supervision.
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with business aircraft types. You will report to the Avionics Supervisor and be responsible for leading maintenance efforts while mentoring junior technicians. Shift flexibility is a key aspect of this role, with a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead avionics maintenance tasks on aircraft
• Supervise major inspections and mentor junior staff
• Ensure documentation and certification accuracy
• Adhere to safety management and continuous improvement practices
Requirements:
• 5 years of hands-on avionics experience
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Technician program completion
