Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair systems for Bell Business Market customers
• Implement maintenance for routers and switches
• Coordinate new product installations with Sales teams
• Maintain operating software and hardware
• Manage adherence to service level agreements
Requirements:
• College diploma in electronics or telecommunications
• Experience with routers, switches, and firewall security
• Fluent in French with valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Good manual dexterity and ability to climb
• Analytical and clear communication skills
