In your role as Fire Alarm Systems Supervisor, you will manage the planning and oversight of fire alarm system activities across various properties. Drawing on over five years of industry experience, you will supervise CCQ technicians and manage budgets, ensuring operational excellence. Your expertise in safety standards will be tested through site inspections and compliance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control compliance documentation and inspection logs
• Supervise and guide CCQ technicians
• Organize maintenance and inspection schedules
• Assess service reports and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with ULC and NBC regulations
Requirements:
• DEP or AEC/DEC in relevant fields
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant safety codes
• Strong MS Office skills
• Bilingual in French and English
