Mobile X-ray service expertise defines this Montreal position, combining component-level repair, equipment installation, and customer training.
As Rapiscan’s Field Service Technician 4, you will provide emergency, contract, new product, and maintenance support at customer locations. The assignment emphasizes independent diagnosis, customer problem resolution, and accurate service documentation. You will train and assist FST I, FST II, and FST III technicians while recommending corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform component-level maintenance and diagnosis on mobile X-ray units
- Install and repair equipment at customer locations
- Provide customers with equipment usage knowledge and training
- Assist other field technicians with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Report quality problems requiring corrective action
- Technical associate degree or higher highly desired
- Five or more years of related experience preferred
- Strong customer service and independent problem-solving skills
- Mandatory written and spoken English and French
- Read safety rules, manuals, drawings, and schematics
Use component-level diagnostics, customer training, and bilingual service skills to maintain Rapiscan mobile X-ray equipment in Montreal.
