Operate advanced audiovisual systems for live events as a Technical Specialist, troubleshooting quickly while supporting client satisfaction across varied venues.
This Technical Specialist sets up, operates, and breaks down audiovisual equipment for small to large-scale events. The role requires three or more years of event technology experience in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video. You will collaborate with event teams, supervise technicians, maintain equipment, and develop technical capabilities through coaching and current industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate advanced audiovisual equipment for live events
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly
Supervise technicians during event operations
Coach technical, sales, and operations team members
Assist with equipment security, storage, transportation, and maintenance
Requirements:
Three or more years of event technology experience
Specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video
Strong customer, client, and coworker communication abilities
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Bring audiovisual operations, technical troubleshooting, and event supervision skills to deliver reliable live-event service for clients.
