Event Project Coordinator Trainee

We are looking for a Project Management Trainee to support the planning and delivery of corporate events and incentive travel programs.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a long‑term career in event project management within the international MICE industry
.

• Support the planning and coordination of corporate events and incentive travel programs
• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and travel itineraries
• Coordinate with hotels, venues, transport companies, and activity providers across Switzerland
• Support project managers with logistics planning and operational preparation
• Manage supplier communication and follow‑ups
• Assist with on‑site event coordination when required
• Contribute to the smooth execution of projects from inquiry to delivery

• Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in events, hospitality, tourism, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, and detail‑focused
• Comfortable interacting with clients and suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent in English and French (required)
• Authorized to work in Switzerland
• Based in Canton Vaud or Geneva region
• Hands‑on experience in the Swiss MICE and incentive travel industry
• Exposure to international corporate clients and high‑end projects
