Un restaurant étoilé en Suisse recherche un pâtissier talentueux pour gérer sa pâtisserie et travailler en étroite collaboration avec le chef pâtissier. Vous serez responsable de la création de desserts raffinés, de l'organisation du travail des commis et de la fabrication des délicieuses pâtisseries.
