Looking for someone with 1+ years of Administrative skills

Front Desk Admin Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 18.50 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Greet and register patients, collect payments, and answer phone calls.
  • Upload/scan patient documents into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Verify insurance and accurately enter details into the system.
  • Follow Sliding Fee processes, including fee collection and verification.
  • Manage outreach for scheduling, back filling, and paperwork requests.
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or medical office experience
  • Proficient with office technology and able proficiently learn software system
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy office setting
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
