Site Set-Up & Maintenance:
Dig trenches/foundations, clear debris, spray weeds, pull trash, and maintain a safe, organized job site.;
Material & Equipment Transport:
Load/unload materials, shovel dirt/asphalt, operate forklifts/skid loaders.;
Hands-On Construction Labor:
Assist crew leads with form assembly, ditch work, traffic direction, and power tools.;
Safety & Physical Work:
Lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights/trenches/outdoors in all weather.;
Walk-in/in-person application process or site duties as required by crew leads
