Montrose, CO | Full‑time | $18–$24 per hour

We’re a fast-moving, slightly edgy print shop specializing in vehicle wraps, large‑format graphics, and branding that actually helps businesses grow. We’re a tight‑knit crew that works hard, moves fast, and knows when to have a good time. No corporate fluff. No endless meetings. Just getting great work done.

• Turn customer ideas into clean, production‑ready designs
• Design vehicle wraps, banners, and signage
• Set up files correctly for print (no guesswork)
• Edit and improve existing artwork
• Talk directly with customers (in‑person, phone, or email)
• Keep projects organized and moving

– Breakdown: 40% production/file setup, 40% creative design, 20% edits & revisions.

• Know Adobe Illustrator like it’s second nature
• Understand print specifications such as bleed, scale, and resolution
• Can design graphics that not only look good but get attention and sell
• Stay organized so that your files make sense to other humans
• Communicate clearly with customers and the team
• Work fast without turning in sloppy work

• Create messy, disorganized files
• Can’t communicate clearly with customers
• Only want to do conceptual “agency‑style” design
• Show up late or don’t take ownership
• Struggle with feedback or direction

• Experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, ensuring designs are production‑ready and print‑perfect
• Ability to transform customer ideas into compelling, attention‑grabbing graphics
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, keeping them organized and on schedule
• Strong communication skills for direct interaction with customers and team members
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Understanding of print specifications, including bleed, scale, and resolution, to ensure flawless output every time

Compensation: $18–$24 hourly.
