• Hold (or be eligible to obtain via reciprocity) a valid Colorado Special Education License
• Prior experience working with elementary-age students, preferably in resource or inclusion settings
• Strong knowledge of IDEA and special education compliance requirements
• Demonstrated skills in communication, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records and supporting all aspects of the IEP process

• Provide specialized instruction and individualized support aligned with students IEPs
• Monitor, update, and report progress toward IEP goals
• Ensure all compliance requirements and necessary documentation are completed accurately and on time
• Collaborate closely with district staff, service providers, and parents to foster the best outcomes for each student
• Participate actively in evaluations and multidisciplinary team meetings as required

This part-time, onsite position will have a schedule determined with district input, with some flexibility for hybrid arrangements as needed.
