Hajoca Corporation invites ambitious graduates to join its Management Development Trainee program, a four-year rotational track designed to train you to run a Profit Center. You’ll gain hands-on exposure in warehouse, counter and sales while building leadership and P&L skills.
Across Phase 1–4 you’ll move from operations to outside sales, culminating in ownership opportunities within Hajoca’s Profit Center model. A strong entrepreneurial mindset is key.
