$18.00 – $32.00 per hour—based on skill level, experience, and mastery. Full-time | 40+ hrs | Overtime available.

• Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges)
• Comfort with CNC program basics — monitoring feed, speed, and making offset adjustments
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Team‑player attitude and a commitment to safety
• High school diploma or GED; manufacturing degree or 3+ years of experience a plus
