Join Valley Manor Care Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Montrose, CO.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide direct and leadership care to residents in a long‑term and short‑term care setting.

• $37.45 – $48.10 per hour based on experience and status; plus $2.25 per hour night shift differential.

• Part‑time, 40 hours per pay period (5 shifts)
• Part‑time, 2-10 pm, 48 hours per pay period (6 shifts)

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in long‑term care preferred.

• Plan, direct, and carry out shift routines in the assigned unit.
• Observe, direct, and evaluate staff activities as the "in charge" according to the Nurse Practice Act.
• Assume Building Charge responsibilities as directed by the DON or designee.
• Provide leadership and direction on the assigned unit.
• Maintain competence in all required skills within assigned area(s).
• Chart, document, and assess resident care.
• Serve on and attend committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
