QMap in Assisted Living

Location:

Montage Creek, 1968 Sunrise Dr, Montrose, CO 81401, USA.

We are looking for a QMap staff member to ensure residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. The role involves following resident care plans and physicians' orders, ensuring resident safety and well‑being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation, and integrating Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions.

Schedule:

• Full‑time, Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays, from 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
• 8‑hour shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a QMap preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training provided upon hire.
• Pass pre‑employment physical and background checks.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide).
