Position Overview
A hospital in Montrose is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join both its Intensive Care Unit and House Float Pool teams. These night shift opportunities offer the chance to work in a collaborative healthcare environment while providing exceptional patient care across a variety of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in assigned units.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery goals.
- Respond effectively to changing patient needs in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Support a culture of patient safety, teamwork, and compassionate care.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Active Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
