Summary

Workers will perform a combination of the following duties to maintain grounds/turf of golf course in playing condition: grade new turf area; apply fertilizer; mow rough and fairway areas; cut turf; assist with sprinkler head system, lay sod, dig and rake ground; grade and clean traps; plant and trim trees and shrubs; use hand tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, backpack blowers, golf maintenance carts, rakes and shovels).

• Smile and greet guests when nearby.

• Provide service quickly and efficiently.

• Offer help and options as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs frequently
• 3 months minimum experience required
• No education required; 1 month of golf course or landscape maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Work Schedule:
Full-time:40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, starting March 1, 2026.
Part-time: Opportunities available starting April 1, 2026.

Wage
:
Starting rate of $21.50 per hour
