Customer Service/ Sales Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Full-time position with a starting wage of $18.00/hour during training, transitioning to base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
• Respond to inbound inquiries while identifying opportunities to promote products and services that meet customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Customer Service/ Sales

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with customers, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Proficient with computers, email, and basic business software.
