Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Montrose, CO is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team! This opportunity offers upward mobility into the trades or project management.

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming plumbing parts, supplies, and equipment
• Pull and prepare part orders for field technicians and service vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular stock audits
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating safely
• Load and unload deliveries from suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate with service and office teams to ensure timely parts availability
• Track and report low inventory levels to management

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and purchase order management
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or trades supply is a plus but not required
• Drug Free
