This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient raw material preparation for the manufacturing of recycled paper.

The position will unload trucks, inspect incoming material, stock material, and load conveyor in accordance with company specification. Track incoming inventory using a computer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the US.
- Good computer skills, ability to track inventory in a computer.
- Able to communicate with all team members and adhere to safety and adhere to safety regulations. Must be team player, organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multi‑task in an environment with frequent changing priorities. Ability to operate a fork truck, clamp truck and/or bobcat.
- Able to meet company quality and performance standards for job as specified.
- Must be able to complete tasks that require a particular speed or productivity quota.
- Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.

Able to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, stopping, and pulling). Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Able to work in hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment. Willingness and ability to work in confined spaces and with heights. Able to work in a tobacco free environment.
- Willingness and ability to wear safety glasses, earplugs, hard hat, steel toes boots and any other required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
