• Receives, fills and delivers stock orders/requisitions
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with department policies, procedures and established standards of service at various outlets
• Responsible for the handling of payment in cash outlets, per established check tendering procedures
• Maintains concession and kiosk inventory and supplies during events

• Communicates inventory needs and maintenance problems to supervisors
• Breaks down, cleans and restocks concessions and kiosks for the next event

• Previous experience in fast food or restaurant service
• Previous experience with point of sale (POS) tendering

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in turning over the concessions for an event
• Complete knowledge of concession and kiosk food and beverage offerings
• Thorough knowledge of point of sale system and cash handling accuracy

• Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
• SMART alcohol awareness
• Point of Sale (POS) system

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and reach for the entire shift
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
