Fills drink orders per the Beverage department’s recipes and standards;
Uses point of sale terminal and completes other cashiering functions;
Applies knowledge of state liquor laws including identification procedures, monitoring intoxication, intervention strategies, refusal of service and shutoff procedures;
Actively upsells products and uses endorsements at appropriate service opportunities;
Sets-up and breaks down assigned bar in accordance with department policies and procedures
