Investor Relations Analyst – Private Markets

We are supporting an established private markets investment platform with the hire of an  Investor Relations Analyst  to join its Milan office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career candidate looking to develop within  Investor Relations, Capital Raising and Private Markets , working closely with senior members of the team across LP coverage, fundraising activity and investor communication.
The role will support investor coverage across  Southern Europe and Italy , with potential exposure to selected international LP relationships over time. The platform offers strong private markets exposure and would suit someone looking to build a long-term career within fundraising and investor relations.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Investor Relations and Sales team across LP coverage and fundraising activity
Assisting with investor materials, pitch books, DDQs, presentations and reporting documents
Conducting market research on institutional investors, consultants and private markets activity
Supporting communication with LPs across Europe and selected international markets
Working closely with senior team members across the full fundraising and investor relations cycle

Ideal candidate profile:
1–2 years’ experience in investor relations, private equity, private assets, asset management, placement agent, fund distribution,  or a relevant GP internship
Spanish native or background experience in Spanish/Southern Europe market
Strong academic background from a well-regarded university or business school
Based in Milan or genuinely willing to relocate
Strong interest in private equity, private markets and institutional fundraising
Commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Confident, personable and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Humble, proactive and positive attitude
