Finished Goods Specialist – $21/hr Starting Pay + 4-Day Work Week!
Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $21/hour

What You’ll Do:- Operate robotic palletizing equipment for finished coffee and tea products
- Stage finished goods for shipping or place inventory into warehouse storage
- Operate a stand‑up forklift safely and efficiently
- Monitor robots to keep production running and avoid downtime
- Enter production runs and inventory information into the system
- Remove finished product from robotic lines and place into inventory
- Communicate with coffee and tea production operators throughout the shift
- Assist with damaged product, reboxing, and cleanup as needed
- Complete required paperwork and production records
- Assist with other duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of job‑related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
