Groundskeeper

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour

• Cutting lawns, trimming, and edging around walkways, flowerbeds, and walls
• Pruning shrubs and trees to maintain healthy growth and appearance
• Applying fertilizer and pesticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees as needed
• Raking, bagging leaves, and removing debris and litter from company grounds
• Planting grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Watering lawns and landscaped areas using hoses or sprinkler systems
• Keeping outdoor areas clean, organized, and presentable

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of landscaping or related experience
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical job duties
  
  Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, professional surroundings
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
