Schedule:
Second Shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM. Overtime:
Occasional Fridays as needed.
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled electrical maintenance professional who keeps equipment running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Red Diamond team.
Responsibilities- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment on production lines and support systems in a fast paced environment
- Performing preventive maintenance on coffee and tea production equipment
- Rebuilding pumps and other production-related equipment as needed
- Completing scheduled work orders and documenting maintenance activities accurately
- Assisting with line setups and changeovers
- Communicating equipment issues and operational updates with team members across shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of electrician and maintenance or related technical experience
- Technical school preferred
- Knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic is a plus
- Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and air cylinder hydraulics skills
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
