We are seeking a hands‑on Interim Accounting Manager to support a growing organization during a critical transition period. This role will partner closely with the CFO to improve finance operations, stabilize the month‑end close process, and support an upcoming Net Suite implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the CFO on finance function improvements and process optimization
- Support the implementation and transition to Net Suite
- Manage general accounting activities and assist with audit readiness
- Perform heavy spreadsheet analysis and data reconciliation work
- Help stabilize and improve the month‑end close process currently operating through Excel and Quick Books
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical accounting process improvements
- Assist with ad‑hoc accounting and financial projects as needed
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management‑level responsibilities
- Strong general accounting background with hands‑on operational accounting experience
- Experience working in environments with manual or Excel‑based close processes
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- Quick Books experience required
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably Net Suite, is highly preferred
- Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a changing environment
- Hybrid schedule based in Moore, OK
- On‑site required for approximately the first two weeks, then periodic on‑site support as needed
- Immediate start preferred
- Contract assignment through October 2026
