We are seeking a hands‑on Interim Accounting Manager to support a growing organization during a critical transition period. This role will partner closely with the CFO to improve finance operations, stabilize the month‑end close process, and support an upcoming Net Suite implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong accounting professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys digging into data, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to improve processes and drive execution.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the CFO on finance function improvements and process optimization
- Support the implementation and transition to Net Suite
- Manage general accounting activities and assist with audit readiness
- Perform heavy spreadsheet analysis and data reconciliation work
- Help stabilize and improve the month‑end close process currently operating through Excel and Quick Books
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical accounting process improvements
- Assist with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities
- Strong general accounting background with hands‑on operational accounting experience
- Experience working in environments with manual or Excel-based close processes
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- Quick Books experience required
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably Net Suite, is highly preferred
- Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a changing environment
- Hybrid schedule based in Moore, OK
- On‑site required for approximately the first two weeks, then periodic onsite support as needed
- Immediate start preferred
- Contract assignment through October 2026

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
