About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a local organization that values organization, efficiency, and strong administrative support. Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to assist with day-to-day office operations in a paper-based environment.
Job Description: Addison Group is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our client to provide front-office and clerical support. This role will support daily administrative functions, maintain documentation, and assist with scheduling and paperwork coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain and organize physical filing systems and documentation
- Create and assemble paper files and records as needed
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support with paperwork and documentation processes
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for basic administrative tasks
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a largely paper-based office environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone demeanor and communication skills
