Job Overview
The Medical Equipment Analyst Advisor, Rental Watch Program serves as a client resource to facilitate delivery of our Rental Management service. The role is a critical team member collaborating with Mobile Medical Equipment Teams, Clinical Engineering Teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Administrations to provide strategically placed rental equipment within the facility or system. The Advisor is intimately familiar with the client’s asset management process, effectively presents actionable insights, and improves processes through verbal and written communication.
The Advisor has experience developing and forming partnerships using a consultative approach and high level presentation skills.
On‑site:
Wichita, KS and Tulsa, OK
- Reduce unneeded rentals by decreasing the amount of rental equipment based on utilization of equipment already owned.
- Use tools to manage and monitor Hospital/System rental equipment statuses.
- Leverage available tools to identify cost savings within a rental program.
- Partner with Strategic Advisors, CE Directors, and MME Regional Manager to rebalance equipment across the system to drive standardization and consistency, reducing rental spend.
- Develop and lead projects in partnership with operations leaders to reach targeted outcomes and reduce variability.
- Monitor, validate, and prepare Rental Vendor invoices for payment.
- Manage rental program interactions with Rental Vendors.
- Identify program‑wide opportunities for operational effectiveness.
- Support the evolution of the mobile equipment services rental offering through new capabilities, technology development, and modified service offerings.
- Assist in integration of new capabilities, technology, and offerings.
- Assist in training of new advancements.
- Manage the rental equipment program through established key performance indicators.
- Develop high‑touch, high‑trust relationships with client leaders.
- Support new implementations and growth activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and rental vendors by employing interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Effectively collaborate with customers and vendors to develop win‑win solutions.
- Meet financial performance goals.
- Respond to customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business‑related field.
- 5+ years experience as an analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to tie back to actionable, measurable plans.
- Strong presentation, written/oral communication skills and comfort being client‑facing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to draw insights from data.
- Self‑motivated, innovative, analytical, problem‑solving, organized, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas.
- Up to 50% travel by air and car; valid driver's license required.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull a cart that may weigh up to 75 pounds.
