Senior Associate, Business Development
Responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability by establishing and developing client relationships. Works with recruiters to fulfill job orders and collaborates with business stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain target list and develop client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, email, social media, in‑person meetings, and other methods.
- Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business and plan daily activities.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross‑sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.
- Other duties may be added or amended as required.

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience.
- Active member of the IT community or networking groups is a plus.
Office location:
In office. Hybrid/remote option may be considered with Management approval.
Travel required:
less than 5% (almost no travel).
Salary range: $50,000–$70,000
USD per year.
Potential eligibility for incentive compensation programs and discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401(k) retirement plan.
