Finance Clerk (Travel)
Location: District Attorneys Council – 421 NW 13th, Ste. 290, Oklahoma City, OK
Full-time Position Available

Salary: Up to $50,000/year, commensurate with experience

Position
Description:
This position reports to the Director of Finance, providing support related to travel arrangement and reimbursement processing, ensuring travel expenses stay within allocated budgets and meet state and federal guidelines and allowances, and coordinating with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Associate’s degree in office administration or related field, or 2 years of related experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build client relationships requiring strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time while prioritizing tasks across multiple accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in People Soft Financials preferred
- A valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
- Processing of accounts payable, including travel, expert witness, and witness fee allotment claims
- Ensuring each employee has proper vendor reimbursements
- Preparing and reviewing deposits – i.e., accounts receivable
- Compiling various annual program reports – i.e., prosecution assessments, witness fee reports
- Booking travel arrangements upon request
- Providing training and assistance regarding travel and witness fees policies
- Assisting Finance Director as needed
- Other duties as assigned
