As a Regional Operations Manager – Custodial Services, you will represent SSC to a large K‑12 education client, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include personnel management, hiring, training, development, succession planning, and mentorship of the team.

• Build rapport and strategic alignment with clients and large administrative teams.
• Focus on client needs using service‑based solutions and standard processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and account retention.
• Coach, lead, and mentor managers.
• Prepare and implement departmental goals and objectives.
• Analyze department financial data and statistics to support decision making.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3‑5 years of relevant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging customers at all organizational levels.
• Detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Strong grasp of general business principles and practices, including financial management, planning, and operational optimization.
• High customer service and quality orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
