** Position Overview
** We're looking for a Market Group Fitness Manager to lead and elevate group fitness across our clubs, driving performance, engagement, and results. As a key member of the management team, you'll inspire a high-performance, high-care culture built on speed, service, and  no judgments.  You'll mentor Group Fitness Coordinators, manage and develop instructors, and ensure every class delivers a  WOW  experience for members.

** What You'll Do:
** As the Market Group Fitness Manager, you'll play a hands-on leadership role in driving the success of group fitness across your market. You'll coach, mentor, and support Group Fitness Coordinators and Instructors to deliver exceptional member experiences and operational excellence. You'll bring energy, accountability, and passion to every club visit - ensuring classes are inspiring, teams are aligned, and standards remain best-in-class.

** What Success Looks Like:
*** Group Fitness teams fully staffed at PAR levels, with GFCs/GFIs hired, certified (up-to-date CPR), trained (onboarding/ongoing/quarterly), and performing via consistent 1:1 coaching on People/Sales/Facilities/Profit buckets.
* Club/market KPIs crushed - Utilization/CPH targets hit, scorecards/dashboards green, underperformers turned around through daily reviews, resource alignment, and data-driven reporting to MPs/RVPs.
* WOW member experience via same-day responses (twilight rules), excellent service, event participation (challenges, launches, pop-ups), and 2x weekly classes taught/subbed.
