• Raking and distributing asphalt on paving projects
• Assisting with roadway repairs and asphalt patching
• Operating equipment and power tools
• Moving materials and preparing work zones
• Supporting paving crews on highways, subdivisions, and commercial projects
• Maintaining safe and clean jobsites

• Experience around construction equipment preferred
• Ability to operate loaders, pavers, tractors, screeds, or skid steers
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in challenging weather conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts
