Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Bank of America is looking for a client–facing associate to assist customers via incoming calls, focusing on credit and short–term lending while identifying additional opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role involves card servicing, product and service sales, risk management, and creating a positive client experience.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with credit and short‑term lending needs, asking probing questions to uncover financial goals.
- Address card servicing inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
- Create customized solutions, respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Sell and fulfill banking products including credit cards, loans, checking and savings accounts.
- Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to appropriate Line of Business partners.
- Manage risk in every transaction using available tools.
- Build, deepen, and retain client relationships to create a positive client experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speak, read, write).
- Passion and commitment to delivering a client experience that improves financial lives.
- Teamwork and flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and explain options in plain language.
- Comfortable with ongoing performance feedback, coaching, change, and learning new technology/processes.
- Intermediate proficiency with computers.
- Strong organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated.
- Experience supporting and providing card solutions.
- Background in banking or financial industry.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or call‑center environments.
- Experience in sales (upsell / cross‑sell).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
ScheduleTuesday - Friday: 7:55AM – 4:55PM
Saturday: 8:55AM – 5:55PM
Tuesday - Friday: 12:00PM – 9:00PM
Saturday: 11:00AM – 8:00PM
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
$25.00 – $27.00 hourly. Base salary only, not incentive eligible.
