Pest Control Technician

Overview

Join Ecolab's Pest Elimination team to safeguard public health, food safety and property from pests. We deliver science-based pest solutions to commercial customers and help protect facilities, employees, and brands.

Pest Control Technician Trainee in Tulsa, OK. Through our industry-leading training program, you’ll gain skills and certifications to build a long-term career in service, sales, or management.

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques
• Establish effective working relationships with commercial customers, including hospitality and food service
• Partner with customers on best practices to identify and solve pest elimination needs
• Maintain expertise in Ecolabs product and service offerings to enhance service and sales
• Use handheld computerized equipment to document structural, sanitation, and pest issues
• Deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service under close supervision
• Obtain required pest control licensing and/or certification as mandated by state/local law

• Location: Tulsa, OK
• Work Week & Shift: Night Shift (Sunday-Thursday 9pm-5am)
• Travel: Training in Eagan, MN for 1 week during training

You are responsible to have the proper documentation to fly, such as a Real  other acceptable form of identification.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of work or military experience
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• Availability to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Certification and/or licensing requirements as per state/local law
• Background check will be conducted after job offer
• Drug test including THC required for all offers per federal contract requirements
• Immigration sponsorship is not available

• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds chest high
• Wearing and using a respirator
• Working in varied conditions including confined spaces, damp/dusty areas, extreme temperatures
• Climbing ladders and performing stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for extended periods
• Driving a company vehicle with ongoing motor vehicle record checks

Annual/Hourly Compensation Range: $46,300-$69,300 total compensation (base pay plus target incentive) after completing the training program. Factors include experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with minimum wage and overtime laws.
