Position: Surveying Project Manager / Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Surveying Project Manager / Estimator to lead land surveying and geospatial projects in Moore, OK
. This full-time position combines project estimating, team coordination, and quality oversight to ensure successful delivery on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in client-facing roles, efficiently manages multiple field crews, and brings exceptional attention to detail to every assignment. Working in Moore

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage land surveying and geospatial projects in Moore, including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, 3D scanning, and aerial mapping from start to finish.
  • Prepare precise project estimates, proposals, and budgets specific to Moore assignments.
  • Coordinate survey crews, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project timelines and financial objectives.
  • Review field data, maps, and deliverables to maintain QA/QC standards.
  • Partner with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope, expectations, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all work meets client expectations and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Proven background in land surveying, geospatial services, or surveying project management.
  • Strong expertise in estimating, proposal preparation, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead field teams and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with surveying standards, equipment, and CAD/GIS software is preferred.
