About the Role

Senior Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (Level
4) at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS). The role is based in Oklahoma City, OK and will work on-site daily. Relocation assistance may be available. The position requires a U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher. The analyst will travel 25% of the time and must obtain and maintain Program Access as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
  • Ensure major projects and program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across functional groups including finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project‑management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances; facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in program planning, scheduling, and/or industry‑related fields, OR
  • Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in program planning, scheduling, and/or industry‑related fields, OR
  • 12 years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Active U.S.Government Secret clearance or higher, with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience in MSProject, including the detailed development of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in material cost management.
  • Strong proficiency with EVM.
  • Experience with SAP and MPM or COBRA.

Primary salary range: $ – $ per year. The total compensation package may include overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses.
