DescriptionWe are currently looking for aPart Time 38 MR Vault Clerkto join our Border Casino Money Room Vault team located at the Border Casino working.
Summary: Issues, collects, transfers and counts all monies.
Responsibilities- Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
- Issues banks to all POS stations and kiosks so monies will be available to customers
- Stacks currency manually and sort, count, and wrap coins so counting and recording of all monies received through the facility will be accurately counted
- Properly counts down all clerks for total monies, subtracting change banks and recording all actual amounts counted on proper forms to document the accuracy and accountability of operations

- May pull and replace canisters from the gaming machines
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Able to follow instructions, both written and oral
- Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements

- Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
- Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management
- Count lrg amts of cash by hand / with cash counting machines
- 10-key adding machine
- 1 year directly related experience
- High School, GED or Equivalent
- Pass gaming background check
- May work where cigarette smoking occurs
- Bright and Flashing lights
- Fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Sometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbs
- Sitting up to 50% of shift
- Standing up to 100% of shift
- Walking up to 100% of shift
