Financial Solutions Advisor - Sterling Pointe Financial Center

Job Summary

We are looking for a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. The role involves triaging client leads, making referrals, meeting with clients, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products.

• Plan clients' short and long‑term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.

Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays. 1st shift (United States). 40 hours per week.

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66). If lacking 66, must pass within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training.
• At least one year experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Goal‑setting, relationship building, collaboration, confident communication, and efficient time management.
• Thorough regulatory due diligence and risk management practices.

• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• At least three years experience in the financial service industry or sales environment with high goal attainment.
• Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC (preferred).
• Insurance licenses (preferred).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Annual salary range: $70,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience, education and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan and industry‑leading benefits, including paid time off and additional support resources.
