This job includes a base rate plus commissions. Total Potential Annual Earnings: $74,726 - $115,000.
Responsibilities- Assist in resolving escalated client issues (25%).
- Conduct on‑site or virtual client meetings to focus on growth, satisfaction, and retention (25%).
- Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue by introducing EPIC RPS investment and administrative services (25%).
- Manage communications between client representatives, trade partners, trust system vendors, and internal staff (20%).
- Perform other duties as assigned (5%).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
- ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or other industry certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERISA requirements and experience administering a broad range of qualified plans.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present information and respond to inquiries.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legislative changes, business periodicals, journals, technical procedures, or regulations, and to create reports and business correspondence.
- Strong mathematical skills, including probability, statistics, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Problem‑solving: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Interpret extensive technical instructions and manage abstract and concrete variables.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Domestic travel required for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Additional Requirements:
- Travel less than 50%.
- Driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements:
- Effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Stationary work 75% of time or greater.
- Move objects up to 10 lbs.
