Manager - Finance Evolution

Summary

Hyatt Shared Service Center is seeking a Manager
- Finance Evolution to join our Finance Evolution team. In this role, you will provide leadership for a portfolio of continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives that modernize finance through innovation, automation, data, and technology. Working closely with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and enable better business decisions.

As the Manager of Finance Evolution, you will oversee a portfolio of continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives, establishing priorities, managing roadmaps, measuring outcomes, and ensuring solutions deliver sustainable business value. You will champion continuous improvement by leveraging emerging technologies, enterprise data platforms, analytics, and best practices to eliminate manual work, improve the colleague experience, and create capacity for higher-value analysis.

Success in this role requires the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, build strong partnerships, foster collaboration, and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
