Social Worker - LCSW

Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that will provide support to our client's healthcare system in Cushing, OK

• Location: Cushing, OK
• Schedule: 5x8 Days (Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Weekly Pay: $2,480
• Hourly Rate: $62/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Mental Health Coordinator in a structured behavioral health/corrections setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in high-acuity or correctional environments and the ability to provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

This is a travel position — candidates must reside at least 70 miles from the facility location (no local candidates accepted).

• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and clinical assessments
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling services and crisis intervention
• Perform clinical interviews and ongoing evaluations
• Document all treatment activities accurately in health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Deliver services consistent with facility policies and professional standards

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
• Active LCSW (LPC or LMFT also accepted if applicable) in the state of practice
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience, including two (2) years in a comparable setting.
• Corrections, psychiatric, or high-acuity behavioral health experience required
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer
