• $14.29–$23.34 per hour, based on prior employment history
• Evening differential: $1.10 per hour
• Night differential: $1.25 per hour
• Weekend differential: $1.25 per hour

The Sterile Processing Department is a fast‑paced, team‑oriented unit of 22 members, with experience ranging from 6 months to 37 years. We process between 2,500 and 7,500 instruments per day across diverse procedures including cardiology, orthopedics, dental, endocrine, ENT, general surgery, robotics, gynecology, labor and delivery, neurology, urology, and bariatrics. Our technicians demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, autonomy, critical thinking, and recognize their vital role in supporting patient care and quality work.

• Decontamination of instruments
• Preparation of instruments for sterilization
• Identification and initiation of appropriate sterilization methods
• Management of supplies and equipment
• Distribution of sterile instruments to clinical units
• Maintenance of a safe environment for patients and staff by complying with hospital and unit‑specific policies

• High school education or equivalent

• One year of healthcare experience preferred; may be waived at manager’s discretion (equivalent education and experience combination acceptable)

Monday–Friday: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am (holiday rotation included)

Night shift

Regular full time
